How to improve standing board jump

After some napfa tests and trainings. I discovered one thing.

It doesn't matter if i'm slow or what just after so many sessions then i discoverd. Most important is that i share. :)

With you.

Let us take a look at the muscles.

Standing board jump (SBJ) requires you to bend your knees and with a swinging motion, you take flight.

Which muscles does it stresses on?

It stress most on Quadriceps, followed by the calves.

I discover that by bending my knees and feels which part being stretched.

Therefore in order for you to improve in SBJ, improve :

  1. Quadriceps
  2. Calves
  3. Jumping Motion (Tuck Jump)
