Basis within fifteen minutes. The muscles are all tensed up right now. Feeling strengthless. I felt so weak. I can only do one pull-up. I need to improve. ALOT.
Hopefully, i can continue this basis and increase more day by day and reach one day that i can do ten pull-ups. I will be so happy. :)
